Shower took time to heat up but was refreshing.

There were central heating, pay TV, and a seating area in the room, really enjoyed that...

Really enjoyed my 3 nights stay. I was surprised with the deluxe suite. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect there, in the middle of jackson.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

The location is perfect, right in the historic center. With a good restaurant nearby offering excellent breakfast options.

The Beautiful Double Room with Balcony was spacious and visually appealing, giving a nice touch of comfort while enjoying the views. The layout provided an enjoyable environment to unwind after a long day.

While the room itself was nice, issues cropped up that put a dent in the experience. We faced a two-hour wait upon arrival, as our room wasn't ready, and were told that the bar would be open until 6:30 PM, but when we returned at 6 PM, the bar was already closed, leaving us without our promised drinks. Hot water was also a problem that night. It took some back-and-forth before they finally changed the gas tank, and we were informed after ordering breakfast that only select items were available, a bit miscommunicated earlier.

The location of this place was ideal for exploring, as it was right in the middle of Jackson, and our room was equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a comfortable seating area.

Helpful and friendly staff ready to assist guests, plus it's conveniently close to a tram station! 🚋.

The location of La Cofradia Pub-House was unbeatable, just a few meters away from the New Basilica and the city letters. The beautiful building with lovely balconies and amazing decoration added to the charm. Despite some minor issues, the staff was really helpful and kind. We enjoyed the convenient and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and tourist attractions. the view from the rooms is spectacular, especially the corner suite with two windows facing different directions. the staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any needs that may arise.

The noise levels at night can be disruptive to guests trying to sleep.

We stayed here for a fortnight and couldn't have been more pleased! We ended up extending our trip after 8 nights as it ticked all the boxes. The rooms were spacious, modern and cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent and convenient, served by very helpful staff. The location is unbeatable, only steps away from the main sights and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The hotel itself is fantastic with accommodating facilities, while we were out late on a few nights, the staff happily stayed on hand to welcome us back with a smile.

The hotel fell short in some areas. The cleanliness of the linens and towels could have been better, and the room cleaning was inconsistent at times.

Our New Year's Eve stay was marred by several issues. we were charged more than the agreed upon price at check-in, which took some time to resolve.
